A. Information: The SWSF does not require that visitors/guests reveal
any personal information in order to access the Web site. Although to
participate in certain activities offered by the SWSF, including but not
limited to the Message Boards and Chat Rooms, information may be requested on a
voluntary basis. Types of information that may be collected from the Star Wars
Sim Forum (SWSF) can include: Contact information, such as full name, and
e-mail address. Screen name preferences, links for personalized Web sites, and
passwords. Demographic information, such as date of birth, age, profile,
gender, state and country. Your IP address and browser type may be logged for
security reasons and protection for both yourself and our site. IF YOU ARE

B. Information Sharing: The Star Wars Sim Forum will never share any
information you submit to us, with any third parties or other information
collecting sites. You always have the right to unsubscribe from any mailing
lists we may maintain, in the event of which we will delete all information we
have collected online about you within 48 hours of being given notice, by you,
via e-mail. Parents or Guardian’s, can always ask us to review or delete any of
your child’s information and you can refuse to permit further collection and
use of your child’s information at any time by sending us a written request at
the Contact Information below. IF YOU ARE UNDER 13, YOU WILL NEED YOUR PARENT’S
OR GUARDIAN’S CONSENT BEFORE YOU CAN PARTICIPATE IN THIS ACTIVITY.
C. Links: The SWSF does use links to other Web sites and other parties
relating and not relating to Star Wars. In general the other Web sites are not
associated with us, and we cannot control what is seen or appears on these
other Web sites. IF YOU ARE UNDER 13, GET YOUR PARENT’S OR GUARDIAN’S CONSENT
BEFORE LINKING TO OTHER Web sites.
D. Cookies: The SWSF may use Cookies which are small files that are
attached to many Web sites that are stored on your personal computer. These
Cookies allow you to return to the site with the previously saved information,
which is saved on your hard drive, without generally having to sign in again -
until those Cookies are cleared. You can of course alter your Cookies options
in you internet browser, and you can clear your Cookies stored on your hard
drive at any time.
F. Children: We here at SWSF encourage all parents and guardians to take
a roll in the protection of their children and prevent improper use of the
information found on the Internet. You must be at least thirteen years old to
participate in the Message Boards, here at the SWSF.
