Twilight of the Old Republic is a new sim taking place during, you guessed it, the dark, final days of the Old Republic.
Thirty-two years before the Battle of Yavin, a new generation of valiant Jedi Knights must resume the eternal struggle against the dark side of the Force and its minions. Ancient Sith sorceries have reemerged after a thousand years of dormancy, threatening the peace that has reigned across the galaxy since the Ruusan Reformation. The Trade Federation's invasion of Naboo and the duel with Darth Maul have hurled the galaxy toward the inevitable clash of good and evil, and brave Jedi and their allies have been tasked to help fend off the growing darkness. The epic struggle against the dark side of the Force is only beginning.
Set immediately after the events of Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace, Twilight of the Old Republic (TOTOR) is a cooperative storytelling ("storyline-only") sim designed to explore the period between the Invasion of Naboo and the Separatist Crisis. Our characters are heroes and rogues called upon to join the investigation into the disturbing return of the Dark Lords of the Sith. Their epic journey will take them across the galaxy and into the heart of the darkest evil.
